HEY SELPHIE HOW WAS YOUR CHILDHOOD? 8D

Selphie: *laughs* Odd question! My childhood was very... childish. *smiles fondly at the memory* I spent most of my time in the river, scaring other children that came close to drowning away from the edge. Many of my kelpie friends applauded my acts, while a few called me silly, seeing as all humans die rather quickly. But I very much like humans. They're a simple folk.

Don't kelpies drown people? .o. Or is that a different water creature whose name I have forgotten...Nymphs? No.... Druids? Maybe? ....

Selphie: no, Kelpies do drown people. But I always liked humans so I didn't. The other Kelpies actually encouraged me but continued to kill nevertheless. Still, it was nice knowing that I made a measly difference. ^^

Well that must have been confusing as a kid XD; Are you associated with AlIaS? .o.

Selphie: Well, I am not directly associated with the people of AlIaS, but I was Johan's lover. ^^

Selphie: *smiles gently* I would truly like to think so. I would also like to entertain the idea that I kept him happy for the time we were together.

Yo Selphie! How'd you and Johan meet? :3

Selphie: Well, see, I found him when he was just a boy of about 17. He had come to the edge of my river and seemed ready to jump off the bridge when I surfaced and made conversation. He had to leave eventually but he came back the next day, this time with raw meat and a more developed knowledge of my kind. He continued visiting me day after day until eventually I was the one to visit him and then things just... happened.

I always knew I would be second but it was good enough to see him smile.

What do you do for fun?

Selphie: Well, I swim. Collect insects and seashells and stamps. I play he harmonica and harp. Aaaand... oh, and I work on my garden.

Ooooh, cool. Wait. Is your garden underwater then? Or do you have it on land?

Selphie: *giggles* Both~!
