Description/backstory/whatever else seems mildly important: ... He's utterly terrified of hospitals and doctors and he hates being around people that remind him of Okami. He had a little brother named Jamie who was brutally murdered in front of him so little kids, mainly boys around the ages of 6 or 7, hit a soft spot. He has two more younger brothers, Dustin and Austin (13, twins), but one currently hates him and the other his kinda stuck in the middle. He's dating Zed and insists on begin straight not matter what LC or the others say.

Description/backstory/whatever else seems mildly important: he basically sells his body to research by doctors and scientists cause they convince him that they can remove the part of his brain that allows him to change into an owl*. He wants this so that his brother, Jaden Phoenix Castell, will stop pretending he doesn't exist and love him again, in the brotherly sort of way. He's extremely paranoid and carries around a ring of keys so in case someone surprises him, he slips the individual keys into his fingers and sucker-punches them.

Personality: Cocky, arrogant, prideful, compassionate, passionate, eager, helpful, protective, he'd readily take a bullet for his friends (including Jazz, he just wouldn't say it aloud for him), and has abandonment and separation issues.
Appearance: Black, wild hair, wears a sleeveless black jacket that has a fur-lined hood, black skinny jeans, and a random colour shirt underneath with big, bulky combat boots that go over the bottom of the jeans and reach above his ankle.

Description/backstory/whatever else seems mildly important:
- His older sister was/is Mystic Strein. After their parents died, she "got bored of him" and dropped him off on the doorstep of "some weird orphanage" and walked away, not even bothering to ring the doorbell. "Because it was raining and she didn't want to get her shoes wet". Needless to say, 4 year old Shane caught a terrible cold that escalated and nearly died of pneumonia that night.
-Shane and Jazz are complete rivals. When Haydn brought him home, Shane immediately hated the other boy because his parents were killed by Satanists during a ritual and, lo and behold, Jazz was raised by Satanists before a ritual went wrong and they were killed to summon a faulty Demon. So they don't get along, though Jazz had a small crush on Shane but that quickly went away.
- Shane enjoys working on motorcycles, though this mostly came from the fact that Jazz is utterly terrified of mechanical devices, such as cars and computers. Shane's "baby" is a bike he created from scratch, with Martyr's help, and avidly teases Jazz with it and threatens that one day Jazz will wake up, strapped to the bike, going 150 in a 40 MPH zone.
- Shane also loves to gamble. The adrenaline rush of the odds to losing is what is so addictive to him, though he rarely ever loses. Gambling is scientifically predictable and he enjoys this because most of his life is the opposite of predictable. The constant stability and lack of numerously devastating outcomes relaxes him.
- Shane had a girlfriend. Her name was Melanie Jones and Shane was the on responsible for saving her life when the lower west side fell to Demonic forces and Satanist population. He pulled her and her little brother from the rubble of their apartment and became her sort-of guardian. But a few years later, when Shane was 21 and she was 20, Melanie was killed through possession during a ritual. To break the possession, the item closest to her heart was her little brother. The boy killed himself in front of Shane and then, when the possession was broken, Melanie committed suicide in turn and cursed Shane's name for not stopping her brother.

Name: Jazz Sworde (He chose the name as well. Originally Alexander Rose Bartholomew Draconian the 2nd)

Sexuality: Asexual (And a very good reason for it. Cause not all Satanic rituals involve just blood and bodies.)
Species: Human-ish. Prolonged life. (Once again, exorcisms plus a Satanic upbringing changes things)

Eye Colour: White, three black rings, no pupil or iris. (A summoning gone awry, he can't stand sunlight for more then 30 minutes of exposure and can sometimes see a person's date of death and how it happens through his peripheral vision)
Personality: Utterly confused by regular humans at times, a bit jumpy, well mannered, speaks in a regal sort of way, passionate about his job, loves kids though is a bit awkward around them, enjoys time with his friends, very guilty about his upbringing, timid when confronted, strong willpower, doesn't back down from a fight, defensive, protective.
Appearance: Straight black hair that flips out at the ends, goggles on his head but over his eyes hen outside, leather racer jacket (an old gift from Mr. Altus), tan combat pants with multiple pockets, a belt with a gun holster that doesn't have the gun inside when he's around the orphans, racer boots with steel toes, black, fingerless leather gloves, eyes are white with no pupils or irises and three black rings inside the centre of the eye. Very tall and thing, with sickly pale skin and bleeds easily
Powers/Abilities: Exorcist, can see death dates and causes through peripherals, speaks Latin and Demonic languages so he can communicate with the Demons in their native tongue. Shane really gets on his case about that.

Description/backstory/whatever else seems mildly important:
- Jazz's parents were avid Satanists, his uncle being the leader of the Satanist church in their area. When Jazz was to turn 6, he, and two other 6 year olds, were to be sacrificed to summon this really large demon that would bring the end of half of the upper west side. But that didn't work out so well and the two other boys were killed, leaving Jazz alive. His parents disowned him and tossed him out into the streets. They were later killed and their mansion destroyed, three days later.
- Haydn finds Jazz in the streets and takes him home to the orphanage. Mr. Altus is at first very... wary of Jazz before Jazz renounces his name and swears his faith to God, changing his title to Jazz Sworde. Jazz is then raised to become an exorcist by Mr. Altus, just like the others, including Shane and Haydn.
- Jazz is very sensitive about his childhood and does not like to talk about it. He was shunned by all the kids in the orphanage and many of the people outside of it because of his eyes and the inverse cross tattooed on his chest, a thing that happens to all Satanist children. No on trusted him until he exorcised his first demon at the age of 15 in the middle of the square. It wasn't planned and children weren't supposed to even attempt an exorcism until they were 18 years of age, let alone succeed, so it was obvious Jazz was special. Shane did the same at 16.
- Jazz has a soft spot of Haydn, since he was the one who saved him from the streets where he would have been killed by extremists of the Lord. He was the first to know that Haydn was bisexual, which freaked out everyone cause of the religious aspect of it all, and openly supported his decision. But Jazz never dated him, and Haydn never even hinted at wanting to, though he was a majour flirt. They were the best of friends. It was too bad it had to end like that.
